In a meeting, on Aug., 19th, 2018, Mr. Sadeqi, Manager of Sadeqi Breeders, and Mr. Mousavi, manager of Kawthar-Damavand Breeders visited Mina Toyoor academy. During this meeting, new poultry supplement and premix production technologies at Mina Toyoor, the importance of these methods in optimizing performance and reducing the challenges faced by breeders were discussed.

The 4th Iran International Feed Expo 2018 opened it’s gates on Aug., 11th, 2018. Dr. Zaghari, Full Professor at the University of Tehran,  delivered speech on new methods of producing organic acids and improving their effect on the poultry gastrointestinal tract at 16:00. American Feed Industry Association has awarded Poultry Nutrition Research Award of PSA (Poultry Science Association) to Dr. Michael Bedford. Dr. Bedford, the research director for AB Vista in Marlborough, Wiltshire, England, supervised a series of researches that led to the development of a new revolutionary feed additive which combats phytate anti-nutritional effects, improves absorption of phosphorus,

The workshop on ‌broiler breeder nutrition was held at the University of Guilan on May, 14th, 2018 with Prof. Mojtaba Zaghari as the teacher. The focus of this course was on the role of vitamins in broiler breeder nutrition.

Researches show that by using artificial insemination technique in breeder flocks, fertility increases by 11% at the end of the production period. Therefore, a course on artificial insemination in broiler breeder flocks was held on Sep., 10th, 2018 at Mina-Toyoor Academy. During this visit, attended by senior managers of Mahd-Amin Group, scientific and technical issues of producing vitamin and mineral supplements, and their role in broiler-breeder nutrition were discussed. Mina-Toyoor supplement-production facilities were visited, too.

A meeting was held with the senior managers of Mazare-Novin-Iranian Co. at Mina-Toyoor factory to review technical and scientific issues of Hubbard’s breeders and grandparents husbandry. During this meeting, scientific and practical solutions were proposed by Prof. Mojatab Zaghari, Mina-Toyoor’s Head of Technical and Educational Department, with the goal of improving flocks performance.

Enzyme – agglomeration test is conducted in Mina Toyoor chemistry lab under the supervision of Prof. Mojtaba Zaghari, professor of poultry nutrition at the University of Tehran.
