Chemistry Laboratory

Along with the development of Minatoyoor scientific and industrial complex, after its establishment, Minatoyoor Chemistry Laboratory is expanding according to its wide perspective. This laboratory with high-tech equipment and reference chemicals produced by the world's most famous chemical producing companies, is active in measurement of the physical and chemical properties of materials, especially materials related to nutrition, including products, feedstuffs and raw materials used in Livestock, poultry and aquatic feed industry. size determination, agglomeration degree test,  cohesion  among particles, changes in pH, materials angle of repose calculating and different feed compounds mixability are some of  the important parameters , used to determine the quality of the whole feed, feed ingredients, and raw materials in the chemistry laboratory of Minatoyoor.

Beside enzyme activity measurement in the nutrition lab of Minatoyoor, in the chemistry laboratory of this complex, determination of enzymes physical and chemical characterization is considered as a specialized function of this laboratory. Precise recording, complete and expert consideration of the data which obtained from these tests makes it possible to compare enzymes functions in a wide range of dimensions.

Criteria for sample acceptance:

-   Only non-biological samples such as feed and feed ingredients, feed supplements, concentrates and among others, would be accepted and processed.

-      All samples must be introduced by a precise identification label (code, best storage condition, production date and expire date and so forth).

-   All samples must be accompanied by a sample submission form. This documentation is needed to demonstrate the traceability of the sample is maintained throughout the receipt, testing and storage process.

-      All details about specimens includes: location of sample collecting, address, The reason for the need to do the test,  sample submission shape, cases of underestimating and overdosing consumption or poisoning, must be completely and accurately entered in the sample submission form.

-        Brand name must not be mentioned on sent sample packs.

-        The purpose of sampling and doing test must be stated in the test request form.

-       The sample submission form must be submitted in legible handwriting without any scratches.

-   Temperature sensitive samples must be transported to the laboratory in Insulation containers on frozen ice packs.

-     200-250 grams of sample is needed for the test and 200-250 grams for repeating the test.
