“Spirulina Platensis in Poultry Nutrition” is the name of a book written by Prof. Mojtaba Zaghari, full professor at the University of Tehran, and Dr. Hosan Hajati. The book is published by Cambridge Scholars Publishing recently, and focuses mainly on the use of Spirulina Platensis in poultry nutrition.
